Anaís M. Almendra C. is a Master’s student in Linguistics at the Universidad de Chile. Her research focuses on developing computational tools for indigenous languages, particularly morphological analysis of Mapudungun, an indigenous language spoken in Chile and Argentina. Currently, she is visiting the InCLow group at CLCG, University of Groningen, to explore new computational methods for improving existing morphological analyzers for Mapudungun.
